Our Retail Store is located just north of Orangeville in a separate building on our farm. We stock very large inventories of yarn, loom parts and books. We have a number of items not listed on the website including a selection of new and used weaving looms. Click Here for more information.

The store is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm EST. We are closed in the period between Christmas and New Years and for a 2 week shutdown in the summer (usually July). See the notice on our home page during these periods to find the exact dates for these time periods or call us to confirm when we will be open.

Payment for your order can be by Money Order (In Canadian or US Funds) or Electronic Funds Transfer. For Credit Card purchases we accept both VISA and Mastercard but do not take Debit Cards and we do not take American Express or use Paypal.

Shipping is normally done using standard surface mail unless requested otherwise. Some larger packages are shipped by UPS. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, size and destination of the package(s). We will calculate the total cost for your order and confirm the value with you before shipping along with the availability of the items requested.

If you would like a quote for any order prior to purchasing, just call or send us an Email. Include the list of items, whether you want the amount in US or Canadian dollars and identify your City and State or Province.
Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply charges 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) to all orders going to Canadian destinations except for those in the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI and Newfoundland where the 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is charged and Ontario where the HST is 13% (only 5% HST is charged for books). Camilla Valley Farm does not charge any Canadian taxes on orders sent to US or other destinations outside of Canada. The shipping location and not the billing location determines the tax rate charged. The total cost including both shipping and taxes will be indicated when we acknowledge your order.
Camilla Valley Farm Weavers' Supply will accept the return of any product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This policy does not apply to special order items. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping, unless the product is defective or an error on our part has been made. A restocking fee may apply. The product must be in brand-new, re-sellable condition from a smoke-free household. You must contact Camilla Valley Farm before returning the item to get an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number or the package may be refused. Improperly marked packages crossing the border can generate a customs fee which will affect the refunded amount. Upon contacting us for an RMA number we will advise how to mark the package for shipping. Our goal is customer satisfaction and we ask that you contact us as soon as you find a problem with anything you receive so we can correct the problem.
